Guarantee #1 — We promise that your transition to ExcelPay will be on time. If we miss your transition target date, your payrolls for the first month will be free – no charge.

Guarantee #2 — If you are not pleased with our services at any time in the first 60 days, we’ll switch you back and refund your processing fees.

Guarantee #3 — If we ever make a mistake on your payroll, we will immediately process whatever corrective action is needed (including wire transfer to the impacted employee, if appropriate), at no cost to you.
