Overview
HROffice, a comprehensive Human Resource system built within PayrollOffice, provides HR specialists with all of the tools to effectively manage and access critical employee data. With all of the HR and Payroll data structured within one database, each group can perform their respective duties without the need for redundant data entry into separate systems. Our fully integrated approach offers increased efficiency while ensuring data integrity between the HR and Payroll services systems.
HROffice also offers a self-service component that will allow Managers and Employees to view and access employment and job related information. The traditional method of completing an HR task is usually very paper intensive and can consume many man hours. By empowering your workforce to submit HR changes electronically you can streamline your processes and help the environment at the same time.

Scheduled Report Options – Your business may need an HR report that was not defined as part of our standard reports package. If that is the case, our Scheduled Report option will allow you to choose any of other system or custom reports to be generated with each payroll or choose the unique schedule that is appropriate for you. |
